Former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines, who has been actively advocating for the protection of women in sports from competing against biological men, has joined OutKick, a media company, as announced on Monday.
In her partnership with OutKick, Gaines expressed her excitement about launching her new podcast titled “Gaines for Girls.”
Gaines, a highly accomplished athlete with 12 NCAA All-American titles in swimming, gained recognition for her vocal stance against competing against transgender swimmer Lia Thomas in 2022. She also faced the challenge of sharing a locker room with Thomas. Since then, Gaines has dedicated her efforts to preserving the integrity of women’s sports and ensuring fair competition for female athletes.
