House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer, a Kentucky Republican, has revealed that he anticipates filing “between six and 10 criminal referrals” against Hunter Biden after the congressional panel concludes its investigation into President Joe Biden’s family.
According to The New York Post, Comer mentioned that these referrals would likely include evidence suggesting a violation of the federal Mann Act.
The Mann Act criminalizes the transportation of individuals across state lines for purposes related to prostitution. Comer made these remarks during an interview with Fox Business on Thursday night.
