SHAKEUP

Ron DeSantis has fired his campaign manager in a massive shakeup of his dwindling presidential effort.
Campaign manager Generra Peck has been moved to the position of chief strategist. James Uthmeier, who served as DeSantis’ chief of staff in his gubernatorial office, will now lead DeSantis presidential bid, sources confirmed to DailyMail.
The news, first reported by the Messenger, comes as DeSantis has failed to make signficant traction in the presidential polls, has shed nearly one-third of his campaign staff amid money shortfalls and is two weeks out from the first Republican primary debate.
