‘Barbie’ No. 1 In Box Office For Fourth Straight Week

“Barbie,” directed by Greta Gerwig and starring Margo Robbie, this weekend remained No. 1 at the box office for its fourth week, bringing in $33.7 million, according to studio estimates Sunday.
The Warner Bros. film is unlike other top films this year in not drop out of the No. 1 spot after a couple of weeks.
“Barbie” has also now surpassing $500 million in North America overall a week after it crossed the $1 billion mark globally, which is reportedly a record for a female director.
