Former President Donald Trump and 18 others, including his former chief of staff Mark Meadows and attorney Rudy Giuliani, have been indicted by a Georgia grand jury for allegedly conspiring to overturn the 2020 election.
The indictment comes after a 2-year investigation by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
Trump and Meadows are accused of directing an aide to disrupt the certification of President-elect Joe Biden’s win.
All defendants face racketeering charges under the RICO Act.
