Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) received endorsements from over 20 officials at both state and county levels on Thursday, a response to his performance during the Republican National Committee’s primary debate held on Wednesday night.
DeSantis has garnered a significant support base of more than 300 endorsements from officials at the state level. The campaign strategy places emphasis on securing endorsements from influential states participating in early caucuses and primaries, as well as those that are projected to play crucial roles as battlegrounds in the 2024 election.
The campaign reported that over 11,000 residents of Iowa have committed to participate in caucusing for Governor DeSantis at the state’s inaugural Republican caucuses, scheduled for January 15.
