Ex-Harvard Editor Accuses Joe Biden Of More Plagiarism

A former editor of the Harvard Journal on Legislation, Roger Severino, who currently serves as the vice president of domestic policy at The Heritage Foundation, revealed on Monday his astonishment at discovering instances of plagiarism in a 2000 article submitted by then-Senator Joe Biden.
Severino took to Twitter to comment on President Biden’s “tradition of embellishing,” as highlighted in an analysis by Glenn Kessler of The Washington Post.
Severino shared details of his own experience, explaining that his initial task as a junior editor at the Harvard Journal on Legislation during the 1999-2000 period was to fact-check an article authored by then-Senator Joseph R. Biden. The article in question was titled “The Civil Rights Remedy of the Violence Against Women Act: A Defense.”
