Hunter Biden Indicted On Gun Charges, Could Face Up To 25 Years In Prison

Federal prosecutors have brought charges against Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, related to gun possession and drug use, according to court documents.
Hunter Biden was indicted on Thursday in Delaware federal court, facing three counts related to the possession of a firearm while using narcotics.
Two of the counts are associated with Hunter Biden’s alleged completion of a form in which he stated that he was not using illegal drugs at the time of purchasing a Colt Cobra revolver in October 2018. The third count accuses him of possessing a firearm while concurrently using narcotics.
