Judge Set To Hear Arguments In Trump’s NY Fraud Case

The New York judge presiding over the $250 million fraud lawsuit involving former President Donald Trump and co-defendants is scheduled to consider arguments on a motion for summary judgment this Friday, as reported by ABC News.
New York Attorney General Letitia James initiated the lawsuit against Trump and his company, alleging fraudulent activities that misled banks, insurers, and others through annual financial statements that inflated the value of his properties, including skyscrapers and golf courses, consequently inflating his net worth by potentially as much as $3.6 billion, as reported by The Associated Press.
The lawsuit aims to prohibit Trump from conducting business in New York and seeks penalties totaling $250 million.
