Despite being frequently portrayed as America’s most influential Christian news outlet, founded by Billy Graham in 1956, a review of federal election records suggests that the perspectives of Christianity Today’s leadership and staff may significantly differ from those of average evangelicals.
Over the span of 2015 to 2022, nine employees of Christianity Today contributed a total of 73 political donations, and all of them were in support of Democratic candidates.
This list encompasses contributions from President and CEO Timothy Dalrymple, who made two separate payments totaling $300 to the unsuccessful Georgia Senate candidate Sarah Riggs Amico.
