A former nurse in Pennsylvania, Heather Pressdee, who had previously faced charges of killing two patients with insulin, is now confronted with additional murder charges.
Pressdee has reportedly confessed to authorities that she attempted to kill 19 more people at various locations. This comes after her initial confession in May, where she admitted to intending to kill three patients through insulin overdoses.
These additional murder attempts allegedly span from 2020 to the present year at five different rehabilitation centers across Pennsylvania, leading to the deaths of 17 patients under Pressdee’s care, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.
