Ukrainian Sniper Claims New World Record, Takes Out Russian Soldier From 2.5 Miles Away

A Ukrainian sniper is reported to have potentially set a world record by fatally shooting a Russian soldier from a distance of nearly 2.5 miles, according to Kyiv’s security service.
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) press office announced the achievement, stating that the SBU sniper accomplished an extraordinary feat by hitting a Russian soldier from an incredible distance of 3.8 km (2.3 miles).
The claim has not been independently verified and is under further evaluation.
