Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced that Texas will continue transporting migrants from the state to sanctuary cities until the Biden administration implements measures to secure the southern border.
Abbott, despite facing criticism from Democrats, maintains that the bussing program has offered essential relief to border towns in Texas, grappling with the challenges posed by the influx of migrants arriving from Mexico.
On Wednesday, Abbott posted on X, stating, “Texas will bus migrants to sanctuary cities until Biden secures the border. Our mission provides vital relief to border towns.”
