There are a lot of questions today about the slurred speech of Republican House Speaker Dade Phelan yesterday.
Some say he was tired. Others say he was having a stroke. And most think he was hammered.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton believes he knows the truth and wants Phelan to resign.
