89-Year-Old Dem Feinstein Back In Senate After 3 Months

On Wednesday afternoon, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, a Democrat from California, cast her first two votes on the Senate floor after being absent for nearly three months due to health issues.

Upon arriving at Capitol Hill, she was assisted into a wheelchair and greeted by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, a Democrat from New York.

Feinstein informed reporters that she feels “much better,” but declined to respond to questions about her decision to return or calls from critics for her resignation.
