Anti-Israel Protesters Swarm Alec Baldwin In NYC, Mock His ‘Tanking’ Career

Alec Baldwin, star of the hit TV show “30 Rock,” was confronted by anti-Israel protesters on Monday evening as he walked near West 29th Street. The protesters, who were demonstrating against Israel’s military campaign in Gaza, looked to Baldwin and began to berate him, telling him to “go to hell.”

The protesters accused Baldwin of supporting Israel, prompting NYPD officers to intervene and escort the actor away from the agitators.

During the encounter, the protesters told Baldwin that he had “no f–king shame” and mocked his supposedly “tanking” career. Baldwin did not shy away from the confrontation, shouting back at the protesters before making his way through a door that he had been waiting in front of. A protester yelled after him, “Your career’s tanking, by the way.”

According to a source close to Baldwin, the Emmy Award-winner was not involved in the protest and had no intention of going. Instead, he was on his way to volunteer to teach an acting class when he was approached aggressively and repeatedly by the protesters. The police intervened to prevent any further confrontation, allowing Baldwin to make his way to his class safely.

This is not the first time Baldwin has found himself in the middle of a political controversy.

In the past, he has been a vocal critic of former President Trump and has endorsed various Democratic candidates. However, this incident appears to have been a case of mistaken identity, as Baldwin was not involved in the protest and had not expressed support for either side of the conflict.

The demonstration, which took place at Penn Station and Grand Central Station, included hundreds of protesters who chanted slogans against Israel’s actions in Gaza. At one point, the protesters found their way into Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station. Despite the tense atmosphere, there were no reports of violence during the demonstration.
