A Burning Man attendee has reportedly died this weekend at the annual counterculture festival in the Nevada desert.
Authorities announced the death Saturday, but as of Sunday morning whether it was related to the dangerous flooding at the festival was still unclear.
Thousands of attendees remained stranded Saturday night as flooding from storms swept through the desert.
Organizers have closed vehicular access to the festival, and revelers have been urged to shelter in place and conserve food, water and other supplies, as a result of the weather.
