President Joe Biden handed out Halloween candy to trick-or-treaters for nearly 90 minutes at the White House on Monday night and was seen repeatedly coughing into his hand before grabbing presidency-themed M&M’s and Hershey’s Kisses to give to the children.
At one point, the president dropped a child’s candy on the ground, with his hand shaking as he handed the child some other candy that he didn’t drop.
