Blue Jays put Alek Manoah on IL with elbow sprain, acquire Ryan Burr from Phillies

The Toronto Blue Jays put right-hander Alek Manoah on the 15-day injured list because of a sprained elbow, and have acquired right-hander Ryan Burr from Philadelphia.
