California School Districts Ban LGBT Pride Flags

Two California school districts have implemented bans on displaying LGBTQ+ pride flags, generating mixed reactions from local residents, as reported by The San Jose Mercury News.
In Sunol, a small town in Alameda County with a population of under 1,000, the school district passed a resolution on Tuesday prohibiting the local elementary school from flying an LGBTQ+ pride flag.
Some residents who disagreed with the decision are contemplating efforts to recall two of the three school board members who supported the ban.
