These photographs depict Lemieux’s arrival at Nora Frances Henderson Secondary School in Hamilton, located approximately one hour outside Toronto, where he is seen wearing a completely distinct wardrobe from his prior attire.
Initially, the educator claimed to suffer from gigantomachia, a medical condition, and asserted being born intersex. This situation prompted criticism of Lemieux’s then-employer, the Halton District School Board (HDSB), from parents and community members who felt the matter was not effectively addressed.
