Cause Of Deadly Wild Fires Now Focused On Electric Company’s Possibly Faulty Equipment

Lawyers investigating the cause of deadly and destructive Maui wildfires last week claim the blaze was the result of damaged equipment owned by Hawaiian Electric.
The Watts Guerra law firm, among three investigating the fire, told Bloomberg: “All evidence – videos, witness accounts, burn progression, and utility equipment remaining – points to Hawaiian Electric’s equipment being the ignition source of the fire that devastated Lahaina.”
The two other firms – Singleton Schreiber and Frantz Law Group – agreed, saying their investigations reached the same conclusion about what sparked the flames that destroyed the resort city of Lahaina.
Hawaiian Electric serves 95% of the state’s residents and has says it has yet  to determine the cause of the fires
