House Oversight Chair James Comer sent a letter to Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle on Friday requesting a briefing after cocaine was found at the White House over the weekend.
In a statement, Comer called the incident “unacceptable and a shameful moment” and that it, as well as the evacuation, “now clearly raises concerns about the level of security maintained at the White House.”
