Congressman’s Home Vandalized Over Israel-Hamas War

Rep. Adam Smith (D-Wash.) reported that his residence in Bellevue, Washington, was vandalized on Thursday night amid the ongoing conflict in Israel.
In a Friday press release, Smith stated, “Last night, my house was vandalized by people advocating for a ceasefire in Israel and Gaza.”
He added, “This attack is sadly reflective of the coarsening of the political discourse in our country, and is completely unwarranted, unnecessary, and harmful to our political system.”
