Coroner’s Report Spells Out Details Of ‘NYPD Blue’ Star’s Death

A recently released coroner’s report reportedly reveals that child star Austin Major overdosed on fentanyl while in transitional housing, and was surrounded by drug paraphernalia when his body was located.
The report indicated that security guards from the transitional home located two rolled-up dollar bills, some foil that contained a white crystal-like powder, a number of pills and a shot glass with white powder residue, according to TMZ.
His autopsy attributed the actor’s death to an accidental fentanyl overdose, the outlet reported. Majors, best known for playing the role of Theo Sipowicz on “NYPD Blue,” was found dead on Feb. 11 at the age of 27.
