Denver’s Creswell Mansion gives new meaning to the phrase “high Victorian.”
Located in the Capitol Hill area of the city, the landmarked mansion dates to 1889 and was originally built for Denver businessman Joseph Creswell, according to the Denver Public Library.
It’s also the site of a marijuana dispensary and “was the Colorado headquarters for the Marijuana Policy Project, which was responsible for creating the legalization laws for Colorado in 2012.
