Ex-NFL Star Gets 3 To 10 Years In Prison For Fatal DUI Crash

Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III received a prison sentence of three to 10 years on Wednesday for his involvement in a fatal crash that occurred in 2021. He was found to have been driving at high speeds while under the influence.
Ruggs pleaded guilty in May to a felony charge of DUI resulting in death and a misdemeanor charge of manslaughter related to the Las Vegas crash.
Tina Tintor, aged 23, lost her life in the incident when Ruggs, driving his Corvette at a speed of 156 mph while intoxicated, collided with her Toyota RAV4 on November 2, 2021, during the early morning hours.
