Ex-Trump Lawyer Sidney Powell Pleads Not Guilty In Georgia Election Interference Case

Former attorney for President Trump, Sidney Powell, and another co-defendant entered a not guilty plea on Tuesday in the Georgia case related to election interference, as outlined in court documents.
In Fulton County Superior Court, Powell’s attorney filed a waiver of arraignment, informing the judge that she “hereby waives formal arraignment and enters a plea of NOT GUILTY to each and every charge in the Indictment.”
Powell, notable for her role as one of Trump’s attorneys following his electoral defeat to Joe Biden, faces charges including racketeering, conspiracy to commit election fraud, conspiracy to commit computer theft, trespass and invasion of privacy, and conspiracy to defraud the state.
