A global cyberattack has exploited software vulnerabilities and affected several federal agencies, the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency confirmed Thursday.
CISA assistant director for cybersecurity, Eric Goldstein, says the agency is “providing support to several federal agencies that have experienced intrusions affecting their ‘MOVEit’ applications.”
MOVEit is a popular file transfer software.
