Texas GOP Rep. Ronny Jackson, a former White House physician, was briefly handcuffed and put into custody last month at a Rodeo in his home state in which a teen was having a seizure.
When law enforcement officers told Jackson to step back, he reportedly threatened to beat up a state trooper and take down the Carson County sheriff in the next election because his deputies had detained him.
Jackson and law enforcement have given conflicting accounts of the incident including whether the congressman was drinking at the rodeo.
