Hamas Releases More Hostages, Unclear Whether Any Americans Included

Fourteen additional Hamas hostages were released Sunday, but it was unclear as of late morning whether any of them were Americans.
The release was reported by the Red Cross to the Israeli Defense Forces.
“Based on information that was received from the Red Cross, 14 Israeli hostages and three foreign hostages have been transferred to the Red Cross,” an IDF spokesman said in a statement.
At least one American was expected to be included in the release, part of a several-day ceasefire in Israel’s war on Hamas.
