Chris Clark, attorney for Hunter Biden, has admitted that the WhatsApp text sent in 2017, which involved a demand for money from a businessman linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), was indeed a message from Hunter. This admission came while Clark was seated alongside his father.
Following the release of IRS whistleblower testimony by the House Ways and Means Committee, which alleged that Hunter Biden had used his proximity to his father as leverage to demand payment, Chris Clark issued a statement on Friday.
The statement acknowledged the revelations made by the whistleblower, but attempted to portray Hunter Biden as a victim while distancing President Joe Biden from the ensuing scandal.
