“Friends” star Matthew Perry before his death Saturday wrote a memoir that included lots of juicy Hollywood gossip and details about his decades-long battle with addiction.
Perry, who died at 54, wrote in the 2022 memoir that he took his first drink at 14 and became addicted to painkillers after an accident on a personal watercraft.
“I didn’t stand a f**king chance,” Perry wrote about his long and powerful addiction.
