National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan hinted at the imprisonment of the unnamed American during a Sunday interview on CBS.
Sullivan emphasized the administration’s continuous efforts to secure the release of the four Americans who are unjustly detained in Iran, a commitment that has been ongoing since President Biden assumed office.
