IRS Whistleblower To Testify In Hunter Biden Case: Attorney

An IRS whistleblower who has charged that the Department of Justice is undermining an investigation into Hunter Biden is expected to “share his allegations with Congress,” according to his lawyer.

The whistleblower last month alleged that federal prosecutors had engaged in “preferential treatment and politics” to prevent tax charges from being filed against the president’s son.

Attorney General Merrick Garland has told Congress that Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss had full authority to prosecute Hunter Biden if that’s what the evidence merited. But the whistleblower alleges Garland’s DOJ is blocking the prosecution.
