A new report reveals that West Virginia Democrat Senator Joe Manchin has been fulfilling payments on taxes owed for personal property items and real estate in recent years.
According to an NBC News report published on Wednesday, some of Manchin’s payments were made just days before their respective due dates, while others were made several months or even years later.
In the most recent development, Manchin recently settled a debt of approximately $700 that he owed to Marion County, West Virginia. These back taxes accumulated over the past three years on a pontoon boat and multiple trailers owned by the Senator.
