A federal judge on Wednesday blocked portions of President Donald Trump’s executive order last week which aimed at “Addressing Risks from Perkins Coie” — the law firm which helped Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign fund British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s debunked anti-Trump dossier.
