A New York judge has denied Fox News’ request to subpoena billionaire George Soros in their legal battle with voting systems company Smartmatic.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice David B. Cohen rejected Fox’s motion to compel Soros to furnish documents and testimony as part of their discovery process in the lawsuit.
Soros, known for his progressive views, has frequently been a target of criticism from conservative media personalities and Republican politicians.
