Larry Elder To Sue Over Being Excluded From GOP Debate

Larry Elder, a GOP presidential candidate, announced on Tuesday his intention to file a lawsuit against the Republican National Committee (RNC) after he was disqualified from participating in the inaugural presidential debate among the 2024 contenders, scheduled for Wednesday.
Elder expressed his dissatisfaction with the RNC’s decision through a statement and on X (formerly known as Twitter), asserting that the process was “rigged.”
He called for a thorough examination of the criteria used for polling and urged for a vote by the entire committee regarding the polling standards, which he labeled as being influenced by an “anti-conservative, anti-Trump RNC establishment.”
