Mark Aysta, Managing Director, Enterprise Security, Duke Energy; Dr. Jordan Kern, Associate Professor, Edward P. Fitts Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, North Carolina State University; Timothy E. Ponseti, Vice President, Operations, SERC Reliability Corporation; and William C. Ray, Director and Deputy Homeland Security Advisor, Division of Emergency Management, North Carolina Department of Public Safety, will testify.
