Michael Strahan Reveals Update On Daughter’s Cancer

“Good Morning America” co-host Michael Strahan provided an update on his daughter Isabella’s battle with cancer, acknowledging the difficulty of witnessing her ordeal.

During his segment on “GMA” on Wednesday, the former NFL star shared insights into a recent setback experienced by his 20-year-old daughter, Isabella, who is undergoing chemotherapy for medulloblastoma, a form of brain tumor.

“The last three days have been a little rough because she had a fever that kind of comes and goes,” Strahan told his co-hosts. “I had to take her to the hospital and thought she’d come home a few hours later. … It’s been three days, but hopefully she’ll be home today.”

While expressing gratitude for the support he receives from his workplace and loved ones, Strahan admitted, “it’s tough to see her go through it.”

“But I know she’s a tough young lady and she’s gonna make it through,” he added. Isabella has been chronicling her journey in a vlog, sharing her candid experiences with chemotherapy.

“My first round of chemo experience was one of the worst things I’ve done ever in my entire life. Oh my God,” Isabella remarked in the latest episode. “I feel like people made it look so much easier.”
