National Archives Slow-Walking Release Of Biden’s Emails Under Fake Names

The group suing the National Archives to obtain Joe Biden’s pseudonymous emails has filed a new brief arguing that the court should order the agency to speed up its slow processing of documents responsive to the group’s FOIA request in the face of a potential years-long delay.

The Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) first filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) in June of 2022. SLF is seeking “emails of then-Vice President Biden in three pseudonymous accounts: robinware456@gmail.com, JRBWare@gmail.com, and Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov,” according to the new filing.
