A seasoned Ohio criminal defense attorney, Jack Blakeslee, has faced suspension for a year, with six months stayed, after being found guilty of defecating in a Pringles can, which he subsequently discarded outside a victim advocacy center. Blakeslee confessed to frequently engaging in such repulsive behavior as a means to “blow off steam.”
This stomach-churning revelation emerged from a 13-page state Supreme Court opinion, shared by Court News Ohio.
The court’s ruling exposed Blakeslee’s misconduct, which was captured on surveillance footage during a trial where he represented an accused child murderer facing the death penalty. Blakeslee has been practicing law for nearly 50 years.
