A bar discipline committee located in Washington, D.C., reached a decision on Friday to recommend disbarring former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
The decision is due to his alleged engagement in “frivolous” and “destructive” endeavors aimed at derailing the 2020 presidential election in support of Donald Trump.
