Former President Donald Trump was indicted late Monday night by a grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia, over his alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election in the Peach State.
The grand jury, overseen by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, indicted Trump on 13 charges, including RICO violations.
