Robert De Niro’s Grandson’s Cause Of Death Revealed

A New York City medical examiner revealed on Tuesday that Robert De Niro’s grandson, Leandro Anthony De Niro-Rodriguez, died from a combination of illegal drugs, including fentanyl and cocaine.
The 19-year-old aspiring actor was found unconscious on July 2 at an apartment located at 55 Wall St. in lower Manhattan. Despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene, as confirmed by the police.
A woman named Sophia Marks, 20, was taken into custody slightly over a week following his death in relation to the case. The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan charged her with one count of distributing and possessing with intent to distribute fentanyl and alprazolam, as well as two counts of distributing and possessing with intent to distribute fentanyl.
