Tyra Sanchez, the winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race and also known as James William Ross IV, was apprehended in Starke, Florida last month following a confrontation in which Ross threatened to shoot a police officer.
As per the arrest report obtained by TMZ, the renowned drag queen was charged with assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest without violence.
The incident transpired after Ross was involved in a minor vehicular collision, and upon the arrival of officers, she proceeded to verbally berate one of them.
