The co-founder of a San Francisco tech company, Christian Lanng, faces allegations of compelling his former assistant to sign a disturbing “slave contract,” leading to years of alleged “unwanted sexual horror.”
The lawsuit, filed on Thursday, contends that Lanng coerced his executive assistant, identified as Jane Doe, into signing the contract shortly after her hiring at Tradeshift.
Jane Doe further claims enduring years of rape and abuse at the hands of Lanng, with the software company itself implicated in the lawsuit.
