Seattle Schools Offer Free Sex Change Services To Middle Schoolers Without Informing Parents

Seattle Public Schools (SPS), the largest public school district in Washington State, is providing access to free “gender-affirming care” for students in the district.
Through the Nova Wellness Center and the Meany Health Center, middle and high school students enrolled in SPS have the option to access “gender-affirming care” services.
These services include hormone-blocking medications and referrals for sex change surgeries. The health centers are operated by Country Doctor Community Health Centers (CDCHC), which aims to offer comprehensive, trauma-informed, and gender-affirming care conveniently within the school setting, according to documents obtained by Parents Defending Education (PDE).
