Spanish Soccer Federation President Rubiales Says Will Resign Over Kissing Female Player

The president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation said Sunday he will resign over his kissing this summer of a player on the women’s national team after it won the World Cup.
“I cannot continue my work,” president Luis Rubiales reportedly said, after saying in the early aftermath of the incident that he would not resign.
The player, Jenni Hermoso, has since filed a sexual assault complaint against Rubiales.
